Is pro bowling just a boy’s club by tradition or are women actually not allowed to play in it?  I really can’t tell by doing a short Google search.  I am looking at the ranks of the champs past and present and the only female Hall of Famer I have found was inducted for service as a business secretary.  The WTBA has a few high-ranked women in their leagues, but the PBA just doesn’t seem to have them.

It makes me want to just settle down with all this crazy stuff I do and dedicate myself solely to becoming a serious fucking badass bowler.  I want to go head-to-head with the likes of Fagan, Barnes, Belmonte, etc., and totally blow everyone away by smokin’ ‘em on the lanes.

(There was a separate PWBA for some time, but it was disbanded in 2003 due to a lack of interest from sponsors in support women’s bowling.  Apparently, even in bowling there is little interest in watching women’s sports on television.  I’ll never understand why.)
