Hundred Push-Up Challenge (and more!)

Since lots of people have asked:

Hundred Push-Up Challenge

In this program, you build up (over 6-10 weeks; the least time is 6, but you may need to repeat weeks if you’re a little shy of the new week’s minimum goals) from being able to do however many push-ups you can do (even if that’s zero) to being able to do 100 in a row nonstop.  The workouts themselves are split sets of different amounts, starting with 4 sets plus a max-out set, working your way up to 8 sets plus a max-out set, with increasingly higher numbers in each set.  The idea is that you do MORE than 100 push-ups per workout, eventually, but with rest periods as long as needed so you can go back for more.  

I have used this program twice before, but been unable to finish due to injury (not related to the push-ups—random accidents), and I’m hoping I can finally finish this time!

There is a placeholder for a Twenty-Five Pull-Ups Challenge, but it’s not quite ready yet.  I’m not doing that one anyhow, as I don’t have a pull-up bar in my house anymore.

There is registration and online workout/max test logging available for all activities except the Dips, though I have written mine down in a notebook since I have been more scarce online as of late.
